  1. scope<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between Asllani \u2013 Law Office and clients who use the services of the consulting and translation office.<\/p>\n

    1. Services of ASLLANI \u2013 Law Office<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      ASLLANI \u2013 Law Office provides various services for customers \/ clients such as legal advice, translations, pension preparation, taxes and insurance.<\/p>\n

      Orders are carried out under the following conditions. Any deviating arrangements must be made in writing.<\/p>\n

      All orders are carried out as quickly and as carefully as possible.<\/p>\n

      In any case, we are only liable in cases of gross negligence and intent; liability in cases of slight negligence only arises in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Recourse claims in the event of third-party claims for damages are expressly excluded. In any case, liability is limited to the value of the order in question.<\/p>\n

      1. Customer obligations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The customer undertakes to pay the consulting and translation agency the fee within 14 days of the invoice date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, we will charge standard bank interest.<\/p>\n

        1. Membership \u2013 contract duration and termination<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          No one has a right to membership. Only those members who meet certain requirements are accepted.<\/p>\n

          Exclusion from membership is possible at any time. All members are kept informed about our activities and receive discounts on all our services. Only members who have been with us for more than a year are entitled to a discount.<\/p>\n

          Membership begins with payment of the membership fee and lasts for one year.<\/p>\n

          The contract will be automatically extended for a further year without timely termination. Resignation or a change of membership category is possible at the end of a calendar year and must be notified to the office in writing, observing a notice period of one month.<\/p>\n

          1. Fee<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Our fee is generally based on the work involved. We charge an hourly rate of CHF 120. However, the hourly rate increases in urgent or legally complex cases and in cases with a very high value in dispute.<\/p>\n

            The consulting and translation agency may increase prices at any time, but particularly in the event of changes in production costs or high demand for a service.<\/p>\n

            1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              All legal relationships not regulated in this contract are subject to Swiss law. The parties agree that the ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
